Clean Reader od Laurent Gaucheron

This extension requires the setup of a server https://github.com/ccgauche/clean_reader
A default central server will probably be added later but that's not my current priority.

If you host the server somewhere else than your local PC your can change the target server in the menu accessible when clicking on the extension icon.
