Gimmicky, but dang if it doesn't work like a charm! It's easy to set permanently allowed scripts for important things like ajax.googleapis or youtube, and it's easy to keep things like Quantserve, Chartbeat, Facebook, and Pinterest from stalking you across the internet.

It's easy to break sites with this. But, with a little practice, it is so easy to breeze through a mire of advertising scripts and get straight to the actual content. This is a must-have for anyone with bad bandwidth, a weak/old pc, or an itch for some privacy.
