Why do companies do this, completely change everything about the way an app or feature works so your muscle memory makes you click the wrong thing every time. Also looks awful, no idea who has had a go at writing this version but they should get someone with some UX experience on the job again, or at least someone who has used a computer before.

Password management services are, admittedly, fairly cheap in general, and it wasn't anything against LastPass that made me leave. I simply couldn't afford anything but a free account at the time.
After trying many alternatives I stumbled upon Bitwarden, and steeled myself for yet another disappointment, only to find a refreshing, comprehensive and secure service I could rely on, even for free until I could afford a higher account level.
