Short permission explainations

Read and modify bookmarks: To display the bookmark context menu. A pure read permission would technically suffice, but the current firefox API does not have such a sub-permisson so this is the only available option for the moment.
Access browser tabs : To access some additional tab attributes and attach listeners. Used for container managment and taking care of things like removing the temporary container after the tab is closed.
