We have a 30-day free trial after which the user can switch to a free or paid account. The free account has some limits but can use most of our services functionality and no payment or paid software is required at any point of the account life cycle. I'll update the description to make it more clear. The only requirement for this add on is that the user must create an account with us, and he can use it as long as he likes without paying anything.
