    Hi there,

    We are sorry to hear you are having difficulty. You can turn off AdBlock by clicking on the AdBlock icon in your browser (the icon looks like a stop sign with a hand in it) and then clicking "Pause". That will tell AdBlock to stop working.

    It doesn't block Youtube ads

    Thanks for the feedback. Do you mind sending us a ticket at help@getadblock.com with a link to the videos where you are not seeing ads blocked?

    AdBlock is designed to block ads on YouTube and for the vast majority of users, it does, but there are always pesky exceptions, which it sounds like might be the case here.

    If you don't mind sending in a support ticket we'd be happy to help fix the issue for you.

    Vážení,
    Vaše jednání mne vadí a asi budu muset Firefox opustit:
    - najednou mi přestane fungovat Firefox a ADB
    - tak to všechno reinstaluji, údajně nejnovější verzi
    - jenže ADB nainstalovat nejde, prý mám verzi 39 místo alespoň 51
    - co tedy vlastně opravdu nabízíte jako nejnovější verzi ?
    - vím, že reklamy jsou zdrojem příjmů kde-koho
    - takže to už jste se s někým dohodli, že ADB nebude tak snadné mít ?
    - přeji hodně úspěchů ve Vašm podnikání a hledám si jiného poskytovatele, škoda ...
    Mějte se.

    Je nám opravdu líto, že slyšíte, že máte těžký čas. Pokusili jste se stáhnout nejnovější verzi programu AdBlock zde: www.getadblock.com/firefox. Také, dejte nám prosím vědět, jakou verzi prohlížeče Firefox používáte? Pokud nejste na nejnovější verzi Firefoxu, může to být problém.

    Dejte nám prosím vědět, jestli je něco jiného, co můžeme pomoci.

    It just refuse to block some asds. And when you manually select an ad to block, it will unblock it after few minutes.

    Hardly blocked ads even after manually adding them in but it did an awesome job of blocking flash players controls

    Hi TheKing! Ads are much easier to block in Firefox than in Chrome. You shouldn't need to block any manually. Would you mind opening a ticket at help.getadblock.com so that we can take a look? Please include the debug info from the SUPPORT tab in AdBlock's options and a screenshot of some of the ads. (Please capture the entire screen.) Thanks!

    Hi Proft! Adblock Plus (ABP) is an unrelated product developed by a different company. The reason the names are so similar is an interesting bit of Internet history. https://getadblock.com/adblock-is-not-adblock-plus :)

    with the latest update adblock pops up and blocks every page you go to. I had to uninstall firefox because of it

    Hi! Are you referring to a notification about "targeted messages"? That was caused by a bad filter in the Adblock Warning Removal list. The list authors fixed it last week. If you haven't already received the update automatically, please update your filter lists manually in AdBlock's options, FILTER LISTS tab.

    Cannot remove the program even after R&R Mozilla & Firefox.. Cannot whitelist selected inbound advertisers. I have tried in vain to correct and neither I nor Dell teck support can get the program to drop. Since you have no teck support what do you suggest I do??
    Works great in Google ---nothing in Mozilla or Firefox??

    This doesnt even block half the ads anymore. Never mind all the pages that have installed adblock detection and demand to be white-listed.
