I selected a site to automatically open in reader view, then opened that site from a reddit link, and the site opened in normal view rather than reader view. Then I reloaded the page and again it opened in normal view even thought the "Auto Reader View" icon had a green checkmark. So instead I manually reloaded the site in reader view using the Firefox reader view icon near the right of the address bar. Then I removed the Auto Reader View extension. So it goes.
