publicate 7 jierren lynYou should really include a reason why you rate it lowly. If your problem is the recent bug with firefox 58.0.1 where the "save as" dialog appears, that's a firefox bug I can't reproduce (nor fix) so far. Bugs are not allowed as motivation for downrating an addon on AMO, exactly because of situations like this. - Classificate 5 de 5per Shubham Parihar, 7 jierren lyn
- Classificate 5 de 5per Usator de Firefox 13700469, 7 jierren lynIt is really wonderful how, when this extension activates, it grays out the image for a second to let you know that it worked, and it also shows the file name on the right side to ensure that you've not accidentally saved the same picture twice. If it happens that two different pictures being saved have the same name on the website, it kindly automatically adds a number to the end of the file name so there is no hassle! It didn't work for me before I updated to Firefox 57, but that really was a matter of updating Firefox. 5 stars, thank you developer!
- Classificate 5 de 5per Usator de Firefox 13680229, 7 jierren lynWorks really well. Only problem I have is the notifications for downloads stay on screen for a bit longer than I'd like, can't figure out how to change the duration if it's possible. Also, it seems to tell me that an 'image' has been downloaded whenever I finish any download, even if it's not an image. But I can still rate 5 stars, these are pretty minor issues compared to how much trouble this add-on saves me.

publicate 7 jierren lynSorry, how long the notifications stay on screen isn't for my addon to decide. The issue with other downloads is an old one that should be fixed since long ago. Are you sure your firefox and addon are up to date? Please use my listed email address to reply. - Classificate 4 de 5per Usator de Firefox 13662969, 7 jierren lynDoes a great job, I am using the hover over image for one click saving of images, would be great to be able to choose the default download folder for the images.
Thank you.Responsa de disveloppator
publicate 7 jierren lynGlad you like it. Choosing a custom downloads folder will not be done: it's a bad idea and not even possible in/allowed by any browser anyway. All downloads in a browser will always go to the browser's download folder (or a subfolder within it). - Classificate 5 de 5per Usator de Firefox 12264293, 7 jierren lynAmazing. This saves me so much time!

- Classificate 5 de 5per Simon, 8 jierren lynExtremely handy. A little bug is that when an small image is opened by itself (for example, by right click and select "View image" on an image), the hover button is on the top of the window, and is impossible to click.

- Classificate 4 de 5per Usator de Firefox 13548285, 8 jierren lynI like the double click feature to save images.
However, for the FireFox 57.0.1 version does not allow selecting of save location, it saves it to 'Download' folder.
Keep up the good work.
Thanks.

but..
does not work if the URL contains a symbol (: # etc.)
e.g.

Bad - https://pbs.twimg.com/media/DOgPppMU8AATQmT.jpg:origResponsa de disveloppator
publicate 8 jierren lynGlad you like it. Sorry it doesn't work well on twitter, but that's part to blame on twitter with their weird :orig URLs. If they just followed normal conventions, everything would work fine. That goes for all addons like this that need to analyze webpage content: the more the website deviates from standards and "does their own weird little thing", the more they'll break integration. - Classificate 5 de 5per Usator de Firefox 13513857, 8 jierren lynDoes exactly what it says. Very useful.
- Classificate 5 de 5per StMalKavian, 8 jierren lynThe addon was cool when it worked. It had cons though: popup about finishing downloads appeared even when I was downloading non-pictures (for example, RAR files). Now it doesn't work at all, I have to use other addons. :(
Update: reinstallation helped (with restarting Firefox). The developer responds to requests really quickly.Responsa de disveloppator
publicate 8 jierren lynThe wrong popups were a bug I fixed long ago. "Not working at all" is not normal, sounds like there's a personal issue with your browser. I'm very much alive and keeping my addons working.
If you post in the correct place (a gitlab issue aka the "support site" on the main page here, or an email to me) instead of misusing the review feature (I swear, it's like a trend nowadays) I'll gladly try to find out the problem and fix it for you. - Classificate 4 de 5per Usator de Firefox 13487918, 8 jierren lynI will give 5 stars if it will be a button shortcut to save picture ( for example i set "Z" to save picture and when mouse is on picture i click z and picture is save already like it was in Save Images addon). And second thing which will be nice is be able to choose a folder where I can save picture.
Responsa de disveloppator
publicate 8 jierren lynI'm not so sure about the hotkey feature but i can give it some thought.
Addons should not and in fact cannot download files to anywhere outside the browser's download directory. This addon does have a subfolder feature but firefox currently doesn't support it yet.
Also, you and everyone else, please stop using AMO "reviews" to request features. These reviews aren't a means of communication, and developing new features or fixing bugs requires communication. I've put email and support site links on the main page for a reason, please use them. - Classificate 4 de 5per Usator de Firefox 13466808, 8 jierren lynMy name is Marc. I wish a context-menue-button like "Save as".
Responsa de disveloppator
publicate 8 jierren lynThat already exists in your browser: "Save image as..." or "Save link as..."
Please don't make AMO reviews to request features or talk about bugs. Send me an email or post an issue on gitlab. The relevant links are on the addon's main page here. - Classificate 5 de 5per Daering, 8 jierren lyn
- Classificate 5 de 5per Usator de Firefox 13478321, 8 jierren lynit is what it says it is.nothing to say about that.but it would be much better if you can add another hover button for "save as" function.
Responsa de disveloppator
publicate 8 jierren lynAdd another hover button? You mean a different look for it? Post an issue on gitlab or email me for further discussion please.
