Hover Zoom+ has worked well for most sites I've visited (and thankfully still does), but I've recently encountered an issue where it doesn't zoom on anything while browsing Twitch. I can mouse over a stream, and it'll act like it's trying to do something, but then it just infinite-loops without actually zooming in on anything, and I don't know if it's something Twitch did recently or what.

UPDATE: It seems to be working properly on Twitch again. Struggles a little bit to get going from time to time, but it does indeed work now.

doesnt work anymore. dev thinks everyone knows how to code to fix it rather than just fixing it themselves. will change to 5 if its fixed, because its good when it works. but it doesnt. it stops after a few minutes.

The latest update (March 21st, 2025) essentially broke the add-on. Hovering over any picture on any website no longer shows the zoomed in image. The hotkeys do not work and neither does adding the websites to the whitelist. You're better off running an older version until this gets fixed.

I want to be able to restrict which webpages this extension is allowed to work on, but it will only work if you give it access to all pages

Hover Zoom+ used to work on many sites in Firefox. I mainly used it to preview Flickr images. But now (October 2024) it doesn't work at all anywhere. Just a heads-up, folks. This extension is broken.

deserve a billion start for refusing to sell our data to big corp. Legend.

Breaks XML document tree rendering.

Keeps crashing and it's a chore to get it working again...sadly it the only choice.
