ReplyWise processes only the text you voluntarily paste into the "Email Content" field within the extension's popup. We do not track your browsing history, read your emails automatically, or collect any other personal information.

2. How We Use Information

The text you provide is used for the sole purpose of generating an email summary and a suggested response. Here is the data flow:

1. The text is sent from the extension to our secure backend server (hosted on Render).
2. Our backend server then forwards this text to the OpenAI API for processing.
3. The generated summary and response are sent back to your extension and displayed to you.

3. Data Retention and Security

We do not store your email content, summaries, or generated responses on our servers. The information exists only temporarily in memory during the request to the OpenAI API and is immediately discarded after the response is sent back to you.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the OpenAI API as a third-party service to provide the core functionality of our extension. Your use of ReplyWise is subject to OpenAI's own policies.
