The blurb says this is going to do exactly what I want done: More than 3 thumbnails per row on YouTube. Unfortunately, it does not work. The minute the YouTube page is refreshed, it goes back to 3 thumbnails. I'm deleting this extension.
UPDATE: I just released a new version 1.1 that I hope fixes your issues.
